Shipping & Delivery

At Signal Stuff, we’re committed to getting your high-quality antenna products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers

We support shipping within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Important Note: We strongly advise against using USPS due to frequent issues with lost or delayed packages. It’s the cheapest option and we’ll make sure you get it, but we see a lot of packages arriving late and with delayed tracking updates.

Processing Time

  • We typically ship orders the next business day after they are placed.
  • If an item in your order is backordered, we will hold the entire order until all items are available to ship together.
  • Most backorders ship within two weeks; there are some rare cases where we miscalculated and it takes longer to get something in, but we’ll try to let you know if that ever happens.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 that weigh less than 1 lb (16 oz). We reserve the right to choose the shipping method which seems most appropriate to us, so if you want something specific you’ll need to select it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Frankly, our ability to service international customers is limited and you may be better off finding other products, but we will do our best to ensure get the best service we can offer.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • All international shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning:
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their order. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and may need to be paid to the carrier before delivery.
  • International delivery times vary by service used; expect cheaper services to take longer to arrive.
  • Please be aware that customs clearance processes can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

Common Questions

We know it’s frustrating when orders take longer than expected. Once we hand your package over to the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we rely on them to complete the delivery. Here’s what you can do if your shipment hasn’t arrived:

How to Check Your Order Status

You can view your order history in your account to see if your order has shipped.

  • If it has a tracking number: The label has been printed.
  • If it says “Tendered”: We’ve handed the package to the carrier, though they may not have scanned it yet.

Common Delays

Unfortunately, USPS shipments are sometimes delayed, with packages traveling long distances without tracking updates. Here’s how we handle missing or delayed orders:

  • Domestic Orders (USPS): If tracking hasn’t updated for 20 days, we’ll send a replacement. If the original package shows up later, we’ll provide instructions for returning it.
  • International Orders: We can assist with carrier inquiries after 14 days, but insurance claims and replacements are only available after 30 days without updates.

Recommendations

  • For Returns or Replacements: If you need to return something, we recommend using tracking to avoid any issues, especially since we’ve seen packages get misplaced by USPS.
  • Need more help? If you’re still having trouble, please contact us at orders@signalstuff.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help if things don’t go as planned!
