Description
This adapter is the one you would need to use a coax with PL-259 (UHF male) with the BNC adapter on your radio.
Common uses for this adapter are:
- Connect a PL-259 to PL-259 coax from your SignalStaff OSJ to the BNC adapter on your HT
- Connect a PL-259 Coax from the vehicle antenna to the BNC adapter on your HT
- Any time you have a PL-259 connector and it needs to connect to a BNC!
Note: Though these connectors are black, the coating is conductive and the adapter is metal, not plastic. The coating may wear off some over time. Our tests show no significant increase in resistance from the black coating, but we would probably still not use them on a repeater.
