Description
Connector: SMA Female
These are hand-made, ultra lightweight, and nearly indestructible antennas which outperform the stock antenna your handheld radio came with by a significant margin. Originally designed to use as a fundraiser for a youth group, sales from these remarkable antennas now provide funding for HamStudy, ExamTools, and other initiatives which help support the Amateur Radio community.

Love this antenna! Roll it up for transport then let it go for working those stations. I’ve had a pair on my two Boafeng 5R for over 4 years now. Coming back to buy another one for my new Baofeng F8.

This antenna is awesome first of all. Extremely flexible, able to be bended and rolled up and placed in a pocket just like the pictures show without getting deformed at all and then opened up in a second when it is needed. Also the warranty and customer service is excellent. I emailed Richard about the antenna starting to rotate inside the base a little bit and he said they had some issues with older epoxy failing and had since fixed this issue. He offered to replace it for me at no extra cost. I sent him the old one and he sent me a brand new one very quickly. I highly recommend this website and the antenna.

Really like this antenna. When I’m talking on my HT, many will say that the signal they receive is excellent!

A big improvement over the stock antenna (which isn’t too bad itself) on my Btech DMR 6×2. Very happy with this purchase.

While I can’t say it definitevly performs any better than any other handheld antenna I’ve tried yet, its super lightweight and portable form factor very quickly made this my favorite antenna to have on my radio. Plus, the glow in the dark is a world of fun. Highly recommended, I honestly don’t think you can find a nicer antenna, the build quality is phenomenal. Though, if you hike a lot in the winter months, you might want a backup antenna, as this one definitely gets a little “limp noodle-y” in the cold and doesn’t receive the best, but it’s still my favorite antenna by far! Thanks for making these wonderful things for the community!

I have 3 signal sticks. They work downright awesomely. For the price, nothing beats it. At any price. 100% happy. Im hitting repeaters over 5mi away inside my home on less than 5w power. Plainly put, the antenna frigging works.

Always used the Diamond antenna, nice antenna
Someone told me to grab one of these, and it really impressed me. Grab one of these, you will not be disappointed. Just ordered another today for a gift.

Picked up a glow-in-the-dark version for my Wouxun KG-905G. Works great as is, super flexible, light weight. A little long and wobbly, but that’s what I expected. Looks Kermit green in daylight, super bright glow in the dark stands out. Customer support was excellent! Very happy with my purchase!

I have a couple of these. They are great antennas. I love how they are so flexible and retain their shape. K9GKG

Fantastic antenna! Super flexible, I can bend it and carry it around and not be afraid of it breaking at all, it snaps right back into place. Received signals are absolutely excellent compared to my stock UV5R antenna. If I get more radios I will definitely be buying these again.

Own two 440 versions, and just ordered two duel band versions today! Great antennas and a great cause!

Amazing antenna for the price, and a great company to support. I’ve been using them as a free resource for studying for my tech license. I accidentally ordered the incorrect connection for this antenna, and emailed them right away to let them know, and they corrected my order with no issues. Love how flexible it is, and it increased the reception quality of my local HAM club’s net that they run weekly. Definitely will be buying more of these for all my HT’s and maybe some mobile units.

I bought two whip antennas from Signal.Stuff (S.S) and they are wobbly and long, just what the doctor ordered! Datgummit, I wish I’d bought these before getting that drawer-full of no-name whips!
My next S.S antennas are going to be glow-in-the-dark, but I don’t much care for the BNC connectors. Maybe if I’d bought them before the others, but adapters work just fine for my purposes.
The S.S whips are great, reasonably priced and they work well. I wish I could find a decent whip tri-band, but in glad S.S has the good sense not to try it. It’s already tough enough to design a good dual-band antenna; it’s virtually impossible to design an effective tri-band. Nagoya (NA-320A) and Abbree (AR-771) tried, and failed.
Go with what works. S.S antennas work very well and they’re durable. And I’ve yet to find someone who says otherwise. That should appeal volumes.

Just got my Tech license a few weeks ago. On my three handhelds I have a Comet SMA-24J, a Diamond SR77CA, and a Dual Band Signal Stick. I know people do these reviews saying, “I can hit repeaters 70 miles away!!!11!!,” and maybe they can. I live by Kentucky Lake in a densely wooded area with hills and I am hitting a 2M and 70cm repeater at Murray State University about 11 miles away through the woods and hills with my wee little handheld UV-82HP. I think that’s amazing. I can barely break squelch with the Diamond and Comet antennas.
I also get very acceptable SWR readings on both 2M and 70cm AND GMRS frequencies. I’ll eventually be buying more of these.

Seems good, fitment is great on my baofeng and I can now hear a lot more signals.
Build quality seems great too.

Single band, 70cm, SMA female.
I was looking for a better antenna for my Motorola XTS 2500, and anything other than stock is hard to find. This antenna actually fits the Motorola, although it isn’t listed here on the website.
It is a significant improvement over the stock Motorola antenna. The stock antenna was very dependent on the position of the radio, for good reception. The signal stick is much better.

I am a older man and a new amateur radio user here in Canada. VA3BXL. Just received mine and I am more than happy with it. The stock antenna on my Yaesu ft 60 is fine for connecting to my local repeater and others nearby. This antenna extends these possibilities according to many, and I believe them. Happy customer who will come back for more. The “glow in the dark” version is excellent. A light sabre on my radio. 73 from St. Marys, Ontario, Canada.
