Description

The ease of changing antennas on a BNC adapter is attractive to many, so we’ve stocked up on the best quality SMA-M to BNC adapters that we could find!

NOTE: All adapters are now black — pictures still show gold because it’s easier to see, but if you order one you will get black. The body is a very durable metal and these are rock solid on your HT!

Should fit any radio which takes an SMA-M antenna and allows you to use a BNC antenna with it!

While this adapter does fit flush on many radios, some may leave a gap between the adapter and the radio. You can use one of the washers linked below to fill that gap.

Please note that we require a minimum $10 for all orders.

This seems to be the only source for GOOD SMA-M to BNC adaptors that work well and are aesthetically nice. Can’t find anything like them on amazon.

I put this on my Radioddity GD-88 and like everything else it bottoms out before the adaptor hits the base of the SMA connector, that is the way literally everything is on the GD-88 since they gave it such a very long SMA for some reason. I simply printed off a cylinder bushing on my 3D printer about 14mm outside diameter and 10.5mm inside diameter, I think it ended up being about 9mm tall, and that perfectly sleeves the bottom portion of this adapter once you remove the rubber band ring. Now it looks perfect on my GD-88 and it works fantastic.

The design and shape of this adapter should allow anyone with access to a 3D printer to make any washer or bushing they could need to blend the base into their radio, but on many radios it will simply tighten down and look good as-is.
